Recruiting
Xenon Health of Maryland recruits qualified, experienced, board-certified anesthesiologists and CRNAs. We work with over forty anesthesia professionals throughout Maryland. They all have extensive experience with providing outpatient anesthesia services.
Staffing
We strive to provide continuity of care and consistent coverage. Our clients become comfortable with the same anesthesia provider(s) for their cases.
Billing
Xenon Health of Maryland performs its own billing in-house in a compliant and patient-friendly manner. We utilize state-of-the-art billing software and have a tech-savvy staff committed to working efficiently and in a non-obtrusive, low-impact manner.
Supply Management
We manage equipment, medications, and supplies for anesthesia utilizing electronic inventory management platforms. Our certified anesthesia technologists will ensure functioning equipment, as well as current and adequate supplies. They are experienced and responsible, making sure procedures take place on time, every time.
Compliance
Xenon Health of Maryland ensures compliance with ASC and office-based surgery guidelines published by the state as well as all recognized accrediting organizations such as AAAASF, AAAHC, and the Joint Commission for ambulatory surgical environments.
